We are so happy to meet you.

At Here We Grow, the work environment is built on respect, collaboration, and support. Teachers and staff are valued as professionals, encouraged to share their ideas, and provided with ongoing training to grow in their careers. The atmosphere is positive and team-oriented, where open communication and mutual trust create a sense of belonging. Staff are given the tools, resources, and encouragement they need to succeed—because when educators feel appreciated and supported, they can give their very best to the children and families we serve.

Founder Biography

Sarah Allen is a devoted leader in early childhood education with more than 15 years of experience creating spaces where children, families, and educators can flourish. Throughout her career as a Center Director, she has guided teams with compassion, elevated program quality, and built safe, joyful environments where children feel loved and families feel supported.

Her heart for service extends far beyond the workplace. As Vice President and Community Engagement Chair for Partner for Community and Character of Worthington, and as a coach for cross country and track & field, Sarah pours her energy into mentoring and uplifting others. She and her family have also opened their home to foreign exchange students, embracing cultural exchange and fostering meaningful connections that last a lifetime.

At her core, Sarah is most proud of the life she shares with her husband and their two teenage boys, whose love and support inspire her every day. Whether leading staff, supporting families, or cheering on her own children, Sarah is guided by kindness, integrity, and a passion for creating positive impact in the lives of others.
