1. What ages do you serve?
We proudly care for children from 6 weeks through elementary age. Our programs include infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-K classrooms, as well as before and after-school care and a fun-filled summer camp program for school-age children.

4. What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This schedule supports working families in the North Columbus, Worthington, and Clintonville areas with flexible care options.

Our center is conveniently located in North Columbus, Ohio, near Worthington, Clintonville, and Upper Arlington. We’re just minutes from I-270 and Route 315, making drop-off and pick-up easy for commuting families.

6. What are your tuition rates?
Tuition depends on your child’s age and schedule. We offer full-time and part-time options and work to keep our rates competitive while maintaining exceptional quality of care. 7. What is your teacher-to-child ratio?
We maintain state required or lower classroom ratios to ensure every child receives personal attention and meaningful interactions throughout the day. Our teachers take pride in building close relationships with both children and families.
8. How are your teachers qualified?
Our teachers are experienced, nurturing professionals with certifications in CPR, First Aid, and early childhood education. We invest in ongoing professional development so our staff can continue to grow — just like the children they teach.
9. How do you communicate with families?
We value strong family partnerships! Parents receive daily updates, photos, and messages through our Tadpoles App and nightly email. We also host family events, parent-teacher conferences, and monthly newsletters to stay connected and build community. We believe communication is key to building strong family partnerships.
10. What safety and security measures do you have in place?
Your child’s safety is our top priority. Our center includes secure entry systems, background-checked staff, and strict sanitation and health procedures. We also conduct regular safety drills and maintain emergency plans approved by local authorities.
11. Do you provide meals or snacks?
Yes! We provide nutritious, balanced meals and snacks that meet state guidelines. We serve breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. Our menu creation is focused on whole grains, low sugar, low sodium and lots of variety. We are happy to accommodate allergies and dietary needs whenever possible.
